Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment or labor determine project.
To make sure work is going on as per drawings, specification, standards, qualities and safety requirements.
Supervision of Survey works done by the surveyors & plotting in Auto CAD.
Coordination with QA/QC and consultants.
Preparation of daily schedule and issuing target to change hands.
Carrying out the consultant inspection.
Drawing modification with Auto CAD.
Compute load and grade requirements, water flow rates and material stress factors to determine design specifications.
Highlighting the problems at site proactively and get them resolved without delaying the work.
Safety of labours keeping as the first priority.
Supervision and making the daily program with sub contractors.
Managing of equipment and manpower at site.
